This Privacy Policy applies to the QuantDay mobile application (the “Application”), developed and provided by Bennahill (the “Service Provider”).

Information stored by the Application

The Application does not require registration or the creation of an account.

The Application allows users to enter information such as tasks, habits, habit categories, dates, scores, and preferences. This information is stored locally on the user’s device and is used only to provide the Application’s functionality.

The Service Provider does not receive, access, collect, transmit, sell, or share this locally stored information.

Tracking and analytics

The Application does not use advertising, analytics services, tracking technologies, advertising identifiers, cookies, or profiling technologies.

Internet access

The Application does not transmit user information over the internet during its normal operation.

Location information

The Application does not request, access, or collect precise or approximate location information.

Third parties

The Application does not transmit user information to the Service Provider or to third parties.

The distribution platform and operating system may independently process information necessary to download, install, update, secure, or back up the Application. Such processing is governed by the privacy policies and settings of the applicable platform or operating-system provider. The Service Provider does not receive or control that information.

Device backups

Depending on the user’s device, operating-system version, account, and backup settings, locally stored Application data may be included in an automatic device backup managed by the operating-system provider.

The Service Provider does not have access to or control over these backups. Users can manage or disable device backups through their device or account settings.

Data retention and deletion

Information entered into the Application remains stored locally until the user deletes it, clears the Application’s storage through the device settings, or uninstalls the Application.

Users can delete individual tasks, habits, and categories through the Application. To remove all locally stored Application data, users may clear the Application’s storage in the Android settings.

Uninstalling the Application removes its local data from the device, although information previously included in an operating-system backup may remain subject to the user’s backup settings and the policies of the backup provider.

Information provided by email

If a user voluntarily contacts the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider may receive the user’s email address and any information included in the message.

This information will be used only to respond to the inquiry, provide support, comply with applicable legal obligations, or protect the Service Provider’s legitimate rights. It will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Children

The Application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The Service Provider does not knowingly market the Application to, solicit personal information from, or provide services specifically directed at children or minors.

Security

Application data is stored locally on the user’s device and is protected by the security measures provided by the device and its operating system.

Although the Application does not transmit locally stored user information to the Service Provider, no device, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

The effective date shown at the beginning of this document will be updated whenever this Privacy Policy is revised. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
